I started at 98 lbs — and decided to change my life. I got strong, got in shape, became flexible and functional. Today I train across powerlifting, bodybuilding, calisthenics, and martial arts.

I've helped people gain muscle, drop fat, and build real strength. People who have trained with me have gone on to run marathons, win powerlifting meets, and achieve their bodybuilding goals.

I heavily record and track every possible metric — food, sleep, mood, and output from previous sessions. I use my iPad and 3D diagrams to explain strength curves, leverages, multi-dimensional forces, stages of muscle contraction (isometric, concentric, eccentric), and proper breathing techniques.

Your workout plans, progression logs, and performance data are all reviewed by me to plan every future session. Nothing is random — every set and rep is intentional.

You will not be charged until after your session is complete. Payment is processed securely at end of day.

CANCELLATION WINDOW

Free cancellation >1 hour before. Within 1 hour = 50% session fee.
